What is the relationship between Demographic Characteristics and Organisational Commitment Employees

The study examined how demographic characteristics affects well-educated, young employees and their commitment to the organisation. A questioner was distributed managers, whom working in local banks located Saudi Arabia measure organisational commitment. responses analysed using IBM SPSS Statistics. results revealed that, managers had a high level of commitment, marginally influenced results, consequently, suggest that characteristics, such as employee age or tenure, were not suitable predictors Additional analysis highlights there differences between Asian employees’ behaviour other regions. discussion provided more research opportunities are acknowledged.
